Earlier featured artists that same evening included Regie Gibson, Marty McConnell, and Roger Bonair Agard. The event was MC'd by Guild director Kimberly Dixon, and Kent was introduced by his daughter, Pier Gabrielle Foreman.

This video was shot and post-produced by Kurt Heintz. CAN-TV (Chicago Access Network, public access television) also shot and post-produced a recording of this event on their own.
